He has opened new branches starting from the ground up, developed national infrastructure in the employee management software, created the structure in deficient locations and strengthened existing branches. In creating the strategy for change, we address two areas of importance “Operational Categories” and “Development Approach”.

We separate the operation into three categories that deliver the most structure. Our categories have some overlap, but are intentionally separate as Administrative Operations, Volume Hiring and Event Operations. Separating these “Operational Categories” gives us the ability to help you provide structure to the departments in all or part of your program.
