Defining our Approach

We address each of  the operational categories with our “Aspire Development Approach”. This is an approach of perpetual improvement. We focus on goal setting while understanding our current position. There is no finish line, as we are constantly resetting our expectations as we ASPIRE for continual growth. Aspire is not an acronym, but an emotional connection to our Development Approach as we assess and organize progress.

DEFINE EXPECTATIONS

We begin every change opportunity, by defining the expectations. We are looking for measurables of the expectations. If it is not clearly defined, it is impossible to attain a consistent strategy.

EVALUATE DELIVERABLES

Every operation has positives and negatives to the delivery of service. We are going to evaluate how the services are currently being applied based on the defined expectation. We will identify the gaps in services to create our strategy.

DEVELOP STRATEGY

Strategy is created to resolve areas of improvement with a long-term resolution. The plan is not to fix everything in a single move. The key to successful implementation is to have several strategies that work together to create structure.

STRUCTURALIZE

The complexity of your organization will determine the strategies that will create the operational structure. Structure is created by identifying the compliance with administrative and operational needs, wants and expectations. It is important to coordinate the strategy and know the effects it will have on the overall structure of the operation in order to implement the change.

IMPLEMENT

When the strategy and structure are in place, we implement the process. This gives us a defined expectation and goals to achieve.
